Banana Split Overnight Oats

Banana Split Overnight Oats with Chia seeds and topped with fresh berries, dark chocolate and a peanut butter drizzle.

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup Quick cooking oats
  • 1.25 cup Milk of your choice
  • 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Toppings

  • 1 Banana
  • Berry of choice I used Blueberries
  • Peanut Butter Melted, Drizzled
  • Dark Chocolate/Cacao Melted or Nibs
  • Seeds of choice I like Pepitas or Sunflower

Instructions

Make the oatmeal

  • Mix together the oatmeal ingredients
  • Refrigerate overnight

To Assemble

  • Slice a banana lengthwise
  • Add oatmeal between the banana slices (hot or cold- I prefer it hot)
  • Top with berries of your choice
  • Melt the peanut butter and dark chocolate for 30 seconds, drizzle over top
  • (If you're using cacao nibs, sprinkle them on top instead of melting them)
  • Sprinkle seeds of choice over top
  • Enjoy!!

Notes

These Banana Split Overnight oats are super easy, convenient, delicious AND nutritious 😍
When you're ready to assemble, slice a banana lengthwise, heat up and add the oatmeal between the banana slices, top with berries of your choice, peanut butter , dark chocolate or cacao nibs, pepitas or seeds of your choice and ENJOY!
