Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles!
These are so easy to make and are absolutely divine!! They are super velvety and rich, sweet but not too sweet and that little bit of salt really takes it over the edge. There is just so much goodness going on... you'll thank me!
- 1/3 Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 tsp Milk/Almond milk
- 2 oz Chocolate - I used extra bittersweet chocolate but you could use milk or dark chocolate too! 2oz=1/4 cup if using chocolate chips
- Course Sea Salt optional
︎Use a hand mixer to mix together everything but the chocolate.
︎Form 1 inch balls and stick in the freezer on wax paper for 30 minutes
︎Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method
︎Add milk into melted chocolate and mix (start with 1 tsp, add more if needed)
︎Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate (using a spoon is helpful!)
︎Top with sea salt if you'd like!
︎Store in Fridge until ready to enjoy!
