Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles!

These Decadent Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles are absolutely divine!! The best part? They are so quick and easy to make and you don’t have to bake them!

I was sitting at home, bored out of my mind (#covidsucks) and I decided I needed something sweet! I rummaged through the pantry to see what I had on hand. It was a miracle. I realized I had everything I needed to make a delicious chocolatey peanut butter ball of goodness. These incredible Truffles were born out of boredom.

These truffles are super velvety and rich. They are sweet but not too sweet and that little bit of salt really takes it over the edge. There is just so much goodness going on… so go ahead- make them! You’ll thank me!

*Note to self- I’ll have to practice my chocolate dipping skills some more. Hopefully they’ll be prettier next time. For now though, I’ll call them ‘rustic’.

Please enjoy! (I KNOW you will.) They didn’t last long enough to find out for myself, but according to a google search, they freeze well!
